Jericho Rosales stars in his very first international film. Not exactly hollywood but just dipping in his toes for something much bigger. I bet that would make Giselle Toengi and Raymund Bagatsing green with envy. These two left the country to pursue their hollywood dream and have yet to star in a film set for international release. Not to rag on these two but sometimes you don’t have to leave the country to make it big with hollywood. I’m not so sure if this film would be his ticket to hollywood. I guess he could swap notes with Cesar Montano who starred in American produced film “Great Raid” and has yet to hear from hollywood.
Anyway the movie is about a guy who was in love with an American girl who left him. The poor guy was so devastated that he decided to make and spread a damaging virus to get her attention. So destructive that it shuts down the network systems at the Pentagon and the CIA. Not only did he get her attention but the whole world as well and some crime syndicates.
The real I love you virus guy..the chick beside him is his sister
Well, so much for “based on true events” tag phrase of the film. The creator of the virus looks nothing like the guy in the movie nor did he get to bang some hot white chick.

Finally the search for role of Renesmee has been filled by nine year of Mackenzie Foy. If you haven’t read any of the Twilight Saga books, you might find this news as huge spoiler. Who would expect that Bella and Edward would have a little girl!
Can’t the press keep this underwraps so there’s such thing as element of “surprise”. It’s just as bad saying “Hey Dumbledore’s dead!”.
I can’t complain about the girl since she’s really adorable looking. In fact probably the best looking cast of twilight. She could have easily be mistaken as Kristen Kreuk’s younger sister. Don’t get me started on Rosalie Hale, the actress who played her role didn’t give her justice.
It’s official: 9-year-old Mackenzie Foy will play Bella ( Kristen Stewart ) and Edward’s (Robert Pattinson) daughter, Renesmee, in “Breaking Dawn,” the series’ author Stephenie Meyer confirmed on Facebook late Wednesday.
“Very excited about our new Renesmee, Mackenzie Foy,” wrote Meyer. “She’s an amazing young actress and I’m excited to work with her.” [Related: Find out who will play the Denali clan.]
The newcomer has appeared in TV shows “FlashForward” and “‘Til Death.”
Director Bill Condon is expected to use similar special effects as David Fincher in “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” to show Foy aging 17 years over the span of seven years. EW.com, which first reported the story, said that Summit may also employ younger actors in scenes.
The move is set to hit theaters in two parts: the first on November 18, 2011, and the second on November 16, 2012.

Finally Charice Pempengco finally debuts on Glee “Audition” episode as Sunshine Corazon. Well to be honest, the episode was kinda lame. Here you have a staple character in Glee “Lea Michele” sabotaging this poor transfer student just because she had better singing voice. In the end, she was victorious in getting rid of her rival Sunshine Corazon. Bullying at its finest. But nobody seemed to care much since they’re all “Oh I love the way they sang telephone” and “Charice was so awesome that I’m proud to be filipino again”. To be honest, her voice didn’t stand out much in the show since most of the Glee casts got great singing voice.

20 year old Luigi Seno decided to try out his luck on America’s got talent. He sang to the tune of “Sunday Morning” by Maroon 5. His cool voice and charm got him 3 “yes” from Americas got Talent judges Sharon, Piers and Howie. Not only he got standing ovation from the audience, he also got the judges buzzing about his talent. Will he make it to the semi-finals of America’s got Talent?
Luigi was born and raised in the Philippines. His family decided to migrate to America for “better life”. However, he hasn’t returned to his home country for 8 years which is a bit sad.

Party Pilipinas loyal viewers are in for a surprise when the offending “F” word appeared as subtitle on the musical number “Deja Vu” as performed by La Diva and Jaya. Did a begrudged staff intentionally left the lyrics as is? Or maybe staff got lazy to edit it out when downloading the lyrics from the sites.
Some clever chap on pinoyexchange cleverly took a screenshot of the offending word on Party Pilipinas. However nobody hears a peep from MTRBC Chairman La Guardia. If that happens to be on ASAP or any ABS CBN show, for sure La Guardia will not hesitate to take out the “Ban Hammer”.

Looks like Vice Ganda met his match in the form of Tado who was the guest judge in “Showtime”. Apparently Vice was offended by Tado’s remark to the contestants that the performance was so “gay”. Seething with rage, he confronted tado what’s wrong with being one. Tado told him to read his shirt which says, “Di bali magnakaw kaysa mamakla”. Tado is known for that type of jokes but Vice finds it offensive and unacceptable.
Vice seems to forget that he himself has cracked offensive jokes to other people and he didn’t even spare his own kind. For him to act as some kind of “moral” police is so wrong. That’s the proverbial “Pot calling the kettle black”.

Miley Cyrus finds herself in the arms of her “Last Song” co-star Liam Hemsworth after dumping her model beau Justin Gaston. Yeah Miley, why settle for a struggling model when there’s a bigger fish to catch. Anyway I’ll give these two about 10 months tops.
When Miley Cyrus headed off to Tybee Island, Georgia, to film “The Last Song” (written by Nicholas Sparks of “The Notebook” and “Dear John” fame) in the summer of 2009, she had recently gone through a breakup (remember Justin Gaston?) and had no idea that she would end up falling for her Aussie co-star, Liam Hemsworth. In the April issue of Teen Vogue, the singer/actress and her new main squeeze sat down with Danielle Nussbaum — in Paris of all places — to talk about their new movie (in theaters March 31), Miley’s future in music, and their budding romance.
According to the teen queen, she and Liam had instant chemistry. “I think we’re both deeper than normal people — what they think and how they feel,” shares Miley. “He’s very grateful for what he has, but he doesn’t let it go to his head. I’m like that too.”
